DELIVERY POLICY
Deliver & Pick-up of rental item(s) are available for a flat rate of $150 (NYC) & $75 (DC).
Our crew will delivery rental item(s) to your requested location at the agreed upon time listed in your rental agreement. Delivery Starts no earlier than 8am and pick-up no later than midnight. Special arrangements for our clients outside of our normal times may be requested and may incur an additional fee.
We cannot take any furniture up the stairs.
The client is responsible for the rental item(s) from the time of delivery to the time of scheduled pick-up. For the safety and protection of both client and Watch The Throne LLC, a WTT Chair Inspection will be completed and signed both at drop off and pick up.
The Client/contact agrees to be at the event location at scheduled times of deliver/pickup. No deliveries will be made unless there is someone at the event location. Upon our arrival, we will wait 15 minutes for client (with no communication from Client). After that time, the rental item(s) will be returned to our warehouse and the client will forfeit all of his/her/their payments.
If a client is running late for delivery, the client may text WTT their new estimated time of arrival. And if we are able, we will gladly adjust our delivery time. WTT has the right to accept/decline new time upon their availability.
Rental item(s) should be ready for pickup in the same condition and location they were delivered.
