Client can request change(s) to rental item(s) up to 14 days prior to delivery. (exchanges of equal or greater value and additions).
Client can request to reschedule delivery date 7 days prior to original delivery date.
However, we cannot guarantee the availability of rental item(s) or dates. Change requests may incur a $50 fee.
No questions asked. All payments made to your delivery fee will be refunded!
Cancelations more than 14 days prior to your delivery date, will result in a loss of your 50% deposit.
Cancelations less than 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery, will result in a loss of your entire order cost.
