How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
Rentals are on a first come, first served basis. The sooner you reserve your item(s), the better!
Do you require a deposit?

Yes! To finalize your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing your agreement. Your remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date!

Do You Charge For Each Day I have The Item(s)?

Yes! Our rates are daily, not hourly. 

What are your delivery Hours?

Delivery hours may vary. See Delivery Policy for more information. 

What if I need to make changes?

Client can request change(s) to rental item(s) up to 14 days prior to delivery. (exchanges of equal or greater value and additions). 

Client can request to reschedule delivery date 7 days prior to original delivery date.

However, we cannot guarantee the availability of rental item(s) or dates. Change requests may incur a $50 fee. 

What is Watch The Throne LLC cancelation policy?

No questions asked. All payments made to your delivery fee will be refunded!

Cancelations more than 14 days prior to your delivery date, will result in a loss of your 50% deposit. 

Cancelations less than 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery, will result in a loss of your entire order cost. 

Can I pick up my rental item(s)?
Watch The Throne LLC handles all the delivery and pick up services for your rented item(s). 
Where do you delivery?
At this time we only service the areas below: 
  • NYC (5 Boro’s)
  • Washington DC
 
What Happens if I damage or lose an item?
Watch The Throne LLC offers an optional $35 non-refundable damage waiver on all orders. This covers all accidental damages. 
 
However, if you do accept the damage waiver you will be obligated to pay the full retail price for replacement of damaged item(s). 
 
Damage waiver does not cover lost/theft, vandalism, or damage due to misuse and/or abuse.
